Perps: taker 0.06%, maker — — Jupiter Perps: flat 0.06% of trade size to open and to close, plus price-impact fee, hourly borrow fee on full position size, and a 0.10% (0.02% stable) swap fee when collateral must be swapped.
How DEX fees work: instead of a platform fee, each swap pays the fee of the pool it routes through (listed above where published). The interface itself may add its own fee.
Platform fees only. On-chain network/priority fees, pool (LP) fees and price impact are extra and vary by trade.
Is Jupiter legit?
Swaps are signed from the user's own Solana wallet; Jupiter also ships its own mobile app and browser-extension wallet.
Backers: ParaFi Capital (lead, strategic round) ($35,000,000), 2026-02.
Incidents on record
- 2025-02-05: Main X account hijacked to promote fake memecoins. Jupiter's main X account was compromised and posted promotions for scam tokens ($MEOW, then $DCOIN); several users reported losses. The incident affected the social account, not the swap programs. Source
