Yes — it is Kalshi's own program. The code only links your account to a referrer for fee sharing. It never needs your keys or seed phrase.

Can I add a Kalshi referral code after signing up?

No. The referrer is recorded at signup and cannot be changed afterwards.

Does Kalshi have a referral program?

Yes. Referrers and referees can earn bonus credits whose amounts vary by offer. For perps, referrers earn a share of the friend's trading fees weekly and the friend gets a fee discount. A code can be added up to 72 hours after sign-up.
