Matcha's own terms page sits behind a security checkpoint and could not be read on 2026-10-16. The 0x Labs terms (updated 2025-09-30) bar users in places embargoed by the Cayman Islands or the US, but do not name Matcha or mention the UK or EU, so they are not treated as Matcha's terms. (source)
