Raydium
Raydium is a Solana AMM offering legacy constant-product (AMM v4), CPMM and concentrated-liquidity (CLMM) pools, plus LaunchLab, a bonding-curve token launchpad that graduates tokens into Raydium pools. Its interface is made available by the Raydium Holding Foundation.
Cost: Swap cost is the pool fee: 0.25% on AMM v4, configurable tiers on CPMM and CLMM (default 0.25%). LPs keep 84-88%; the rest funds RAY buybacks and the treasury. Raydium does not publish a separate interface fee, so the platform round trip is not stated. Swaps made through a third party's referral link add 1% on top. LaunchLab bonding-curve trades cost 1% by default.
Sign-up perk: None. The 1% swap referral fee is charged to the person swapping, on top of the pool fee.

How DEX fees work: instead of a platform fee, each swap pays the fee of the pool it routes through (listed above where published). The interface itself may add its own fee.
Platform fees only. On-chain network/priority fees, pool (LP) fees and price impact are extra and vary by trade.

Incidents on record
- 2022-12-16: Pool owner key compromise drained AMM v4 pools. An attacker obtained the private key of the AMM v4 pool owner account and drained about $4.4M from eight constant-product pools. Raydium attributed it to key management, not a program bug, and moved authority roles to a multisig. Source
- 2026-06-10: Infinite-mint exploit listed against Raydium AMM. DefiLlama's hacks database lists a Raydium AMM incident classified as token and share accounting (infinite mint) with about $1.34M lost. Raydium's own security docs did not describe it when checked. Source

Raydium FAQ
Is Raydium legit?
Raydium is a Solana AMM live since February 2021, with published audits. In December 2022 an attacker used a compromised pool owner key to drain about $4.4M from eight AMM v4 pools, and Raydium moved admin roles to a multisig. DefiLlama also lists a smaller June 2026 incident.
What are Raydium's swap fees?
AMM v4 pools charge 0.25% per swap. CPMM and CLMM pools use configurable tiers with 0.25% as the default; CLMM tiers include 0.01%, 0.05% and 1%. LPs receive 84-88% of the fee.
Why did my Raydium swap cost an extra 1%?
Swaps opened through someone's Raydium referral link add a 1% fee on the input amount, paid to the referrer. Opening raydium.io/swap directly carries no referral fee.
How much does LaunchLab charge?
LaunchLab's default bonding-curve fee is 1% on buys and sells. After graduation, tokens trade in a CPMM pool, typically at the 0.25% tier.
Is Raydium available in the US?
No. Raydium's terms list the USA among jurisdictions whose residents cannot use the Raydium Protocol. The UK and EU are not listed.
