Why can't I withdraw from Phantom wallet?
Cash balances can be withdrawn to your own Phantom accounts, other Phantom users or any Solana wallet address (arriving as CASH tokens), or to a US bank account (US excluding New York). Crypto in the wallet itself is yours to send to any address or exchange. Phantom documents 2 reasons a withdrawal can be delayed or held, listed below.
Checked 2026-10-17 · 2 sources- Fee: Cash to a Solana wallet is free, plus a one-time Solana account setup cost if the receiving wallet has never held CASH. Bank withdrawal: standard ACH free; fast ACH $1.00 flat + 0.75% (min $1.50).
- Timing: Standard ACH arrives next business day; fast ACH arrives the same day if submitted before 1pm ET.
- Bank withdrawals need completed identity verification (KYC) and are US-only (excluding New York).
- Sending CASH to an exchange that does not support the CASH token can lose the funds.
- Keep a little of the chain's native coin (SOL, ETH, BNB) in the wallet. Without it you cannot pay the network fee to send anything.
- If one token will not send or sell while others do, the token itself may block it: a freeze authority, a honeypot contract or no liquidity.
- Anyone offering to "recover" funds for a fee, or asking for your login or seed phrase, is running a scam.
