Phantom opens Kalshi prediction markets to eligible US users
Phantom said on 28 October 2026 that it is opening prediction markets to all eligible users in the United States through its first US integration with Kalshi, a CFTC-registered exchange. The staged rollout began on 23 October, and US users can now trade crypto up/down contracts (including Bitcoin markets that settle every 15 minutes), sports, and economics and politics markets inside the Phantom app.
Who is affected: Phantom users in the US (outside Michigan, Nevada and Washington) who pass Kalshi's identity checks; existing Kalshi customers who want to trade from a self-custodial wallet app.
