OKX said on 2 November 2026 that OKX Card is live for eligible US customers in most states and some territories. The Mastercard card is virtual-only, is issued by WebBank, and draws its spending limit from USDC, USDT and USDG held in the customer's OKX Pay wallet.

OKX says the card is not available in Massachusetts, New York, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands. It can be activated in the OKX app and added to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Under the US cardholder agreement it is a secured charge card, not a debit or prepaid card: stablecoins in the OKX Pay wallet secure the spending limit and the balance must be repaid, either by Autopay or manually from a linked USD balance. The card cannot be used at ATMs or for cash advances.

The fee box in the agreement lists no annual fee, no purchase fee and no foreign transaction fee. OKX's cashback terms say cashback is calculated before the OKX conversion spread is applied; OKX does not publish a US spread figure on the pages DexSheet checked.

Cashback applies only to USDG spending with Autopay on, is paid in USDG to the OKX Pay wallet, and runs from 2% at the Classic tier to 10% at the top Infinite tier, capped at $18,000 a year on up to $15,000 of monthly spend. The tier depends on a customer's OKX VIP tier, average OKX Pay balance or card spend. A separate 50% rebate on some subscriptions, up to $20 a month, is a promotion that lasts six calendar months from activation.

OKX launched the card in the European Economic Area in January 2026 through issuer Monavate. The US card is offered by OKX Inc., which serves US residents separately from the global OKX exchange.

“Today, OKX Card is launching in the United States, unlocking stablecoin spending for eligible U.S. customers.”
