Bitget Wallet launched Virtual Account on 27 October 2026, giving users their own USD and EUR account numbers inside the self-custodial wallet. Incoming bank transfers over ACH, Fedwire, SEPA and SWIFT are converted automatically into USDT or USDC in the user's wallet. The accounts are provided by Noah, which Bitget Wallet describes as its licensed banking partner.
Bitget Wallet says the account is free to open and needs no US or European residency, but eligibility depends on living in a region where the feature is offered, and it did not publish a country list. Outbound transfers from the account to a bank are planned for the next few months and are not available yet.
Bitget Wallet gives one fee example: a $500 ACH transfer costs about $2.00 in Bitget Wallet fees, with sending-bank and blockchain network fees possibly charged on top. It did not publish a full fee schedule for the accounts.
As a launch promotion running until 31 December 2026 (UTC+8), the first 1,000 eligible first-time users whose first deposit nets at least 50 USD or EUR get the fees on up to 1,000 USD or EUR of that deposit refunded to their Rewards Account. This is a temporary refund, not a change to standard pricing.
“Outbound transfers are coming in the next few months, further expanding what you can do with money once it reaches your account.”
