Why can't I withdraw from Zora?
In the Zora app you choose Wallet, then Send, and enter a username or a Base address. Cash-out to a bank is available separately in the app. Zora documents 2 reasons a withdrawal can be delayed or held, listed below.
Checked 2026-10-17 · 3 sources- All transactions must occur on the Base network; tokens sent on other networks may be lost.
- Sends are irreversible, and Zora Support cannot recover funds sent to wrong or unsupported addresses.
- Keep a little of the chain's native coin (SOL, ETH, BNB) in the wallet. Without it you cannot pay the network fee to send anything.
- If one token will not send or sell while others do, the token itself may block it: a freeze authority, a honeypot contract or no liquidity.
- Anyone offering to "recover" funds for a fee, or asking for your login or seed phrase, is running a scam.
