Effective Nov 2, 2026: Gemini Predictions adds hourly and daily price contracts on HYPE and Zcash. Affects: US Gemini customers who trade event contracts. Source: x.com, verified Nov 4, 2026. Gemini code GrvG42 ($50 bonus).
Gemini said on 2 November 2026 that Hyperliquid's HYPE token and Zcash (ZEC) now have their own markets on Gemini Predictions, with contracts that expire every hour and every day. On 4 November, Gemini's prediction-markets feed listed HYPE and ZEC contracts expiring at 2am and 3am ET, plus daily contracts expiring at 5pm ET.
Each event offers a ladder of strike prices, for example "$83.5 or above" at a set time. Every contract has a $1.00 notional size and resolves Yes or No against a HYPE or ZEC price index from Kaiko or Lukka, so a buyer can lose at most the price paid. Gemini's announcement called them up-or-down markets. The contracts live on 4 November were threshold contracts with several strike levels per expiry, not a single up-or-down question.
HYPE is new to Gemini Predictions. ZEC already had longer-dated contracts in the same feed, expiring on 6 November and at the end of November, which were created before the announcement. The new listings add hourly and daily expiries for ZEC and bring HYPE in on the same terms. Gemini had not published volume figures for the new markets.
Gemini Predictions runs through Gemini Titan, an affiliate that holds a CFTC designated contract market licence, and is offered to Gemini customers in the United States from their Gemini Exchange account. These are event contracts on HYPE's price. They do not give access to Hyperliquid itself, and they are separate from HYPE perpetuals on Hyperliquid.
