Why can't I withdraw from Bitget Wallet?
Bitget Wallet is non-custodial; you send from a token's page or Wallet > Send by choosing the token and network, entering or scanning the recipient address and confirming with your PIN. Bitget Wallet documents 2 reasons a withdrawal can be delayed or held, listed below.
Checked 2026-10-17 · 1 source- Confirmed on-chain transfers cannot be cancelled or reversed.
- The sending and receiving networks must match, or funds can be lost.
- Keep a little of the chain's native coin (SOL, ETH, BNB) in the wallet. Without it you cannot pay the network fee to send anything.
- If one token will not send or sell while others do, the token itself may block it: a freeze authority, a honeypot contract or no liquidity.
- Anyone offering to "recover" funds for a fee, or asking for your login or seed phrase, is running a scam.
