Effective Nov 1, 2026: pump.fun ends 4x referral boost, cuts referrer share to 37.5% of fees. Affects: People who share a pump.fun referral code. Source: x.com, verified Nov 2, 2026. pump.fun code dexsheet (11% off fees).

Referrer share of referred users' fees 100% (limited-time 4x boost, from 16 Oct)→37.5% (1.5x, from 1 Nov)
Platform Fee with a referral code 0.40%→0.40% (unchanged)
On a $1,000 trade (referrer's share of the 0.40% Platform Fee on one $1,000 app trade by a referred user) $4.00→$1.50

pump.fun said on 1 November 2026 that its limited-time 4x referral boost has ended. Referrers now earn 1.5x rewards, which pump.fun says means 37.5% of the fees their referred users pay, down from 100% during the boost. It says the other 62.5% will go to its Callout Rewards pot and in-app incentives.

pump.fun launched the boost on 16 October, saying every user would get a limited-time 4x boost under which 100% of the platform's revenue goes to the referrer. A 22 October post repeated that referrers receive 100% of the platform fees from their referrals during the boost. The 1 November post does not give a new end date or say how long the 1.5x rate will last.

The share is paid out of the app Platform Fee, which is 0.40% of each trade for a wallet that has applied a referral code (0.45% without one). On a $1,000 trade by a referred user, the referrer's share falls from about $4.00 to $1.50. pump.fun's terms say the referrer's share is set by pump.fun, may differ between referrers, programmes and periods, and can be cut to zero at any time, including for users already linked to a code.

Traders who apply a referral code still pay 0.40% instead of 0.45%; pump.fun's fees page, checked on 2 November, lists the same rates. The separate deposit-match offer, where a referred user who deposits $50 and trades earns $50 for both sides, was not mentioned in the 1 November post. pump.fun put total reward payouts at $30 million so far.

“Referrers will now earn 1.5x rewards, meaning 37.5% of the fees their referrals pay is awarded to them.”
