Aerodrome and Velodrome are scheduled to upgrade together into Aero at 00:00 UTC on 22 October 2026, according to Aero's upgrade hub. The merger was not complete as of 17 October 2026.
The hub gives the time as 8:00 PM EDT on 21 October. Conversion ratios are published on the same page.
The two protocols' domains were hit by a DNS hijack on 21 November 2025 that pointed users to a cloned frontend; press reports said the smart contracts were not affected.
