Extended's Restricted Countries page bars anyone "residing in, located in, incorporated in, or with a registered office in" a restricted jurisdiction, "including without limitation: (A) Afghanistan, Canada, China (Hong Kong), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Seychelles, Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia), Panama, the United Kingdom and the United States of America". How to use Extended without getting scammed
- Only open extended.exchange — fake lookalike sites and "support" DMs are the most common way people lose funds on any trading venue.
- Never share a seed phrase or private key. No real support agent will ask for one.
- A referral code only changes your fee and who gets a share of it. It never needs your keys.
- Treat every new memecoin as able to go to zero. A legit venue does not make the coins on it safe.

FAQ
Is Extended Exchange safe?
Extended is self-custody: your funds stay in a wallet you control, so your own key security matters most. We list 1 reported incident below, so read those before depositing. No platform makes the coins you trade on it safe.
Is Extended legit?
Extended is a live perps exchange founded by former Revolut staff, backed at seed by Tioga Capital, StarkWare and Cherry Ventures and by an eToro-led $12.5M round in July 2026. It opened trading in December 2024, its Starknet-era contracts were audited by ChainSecurity and Code4rena, and it restricts the US, UK and Canada.
What are Extended's trading fees?
Every user pays 0.025% taker and 0% maker on crypto perps and spot, and 0.010% taker on RWA markets such as stocks, FX and gold. There are no volume tiers. Makers with at least 0.5% of 30-day maker volume earn rebates of 0.002% to 0.010%.
Can US or UK users trade on Extended?
No. Extended's Restricted Countries page lists the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, Panama, Seychelles and several sanctioned regions, and its Terms forbid using a VPN to get around the restrictions.
Is Extended still on Starknet?
No. Extended migrated settlement from Starknet to Arc, Circle's Layer 1, on 22 October 2026. Accounts, positions, orders and points carried over, Starknet wallets still log in, and USDT and wBTC balances were converted 1:1 to USDC and cirBTC.
How does the Extended referral program work?
A trader who signs up through a referral link gets a 10% discount on trading fees for their first $50M of volume. The referrer earns 2.5% of the points their referrals generate. Creating a code requires $10,000 in your own traded volume.
